Job description	In-house program development. Successful candidates will be involved in in-house development under the direction of management and senior staff members.
The ideal candidate should	・Be someone with a vision and aspirations for the future ・Have an interest in programming ・Be interested in a wide range of disciplines, including programming languages, network environments, and hardware
Work schedule and days off	2 days off each week (Saturdays, Sundays), as well as public holidays, golden week, summer holidays (3-4 days), New Year’s holidays (5 days), paid vacation, special leave for weddings and funerals, birthdays off

Job description	Systems engineer ・Successful candidates will be involved in the in-house development of web systems or smartphone applications, including design, implementation, application and maintenance. Candidates will initially be asked to carry out tasks related to requirements definition in accordance with their level of experience, while offering plenty of room for career advancement.
