iTSherpa is currently seeking applications from both experienced professionals and recent graduates in any of the following fields: systems engineer, programmer, network engineer, database engineer.
Currently, we are using two in-house tools created and developed by our new employees as on-the-job training:
an overtime work application tool, used when overtime work is required as well as a paid leave application tool, used to take paid leave.
We asked them to go through and learn all the processes, containing requirement gathering, specifications study, UI/UX design, DB design, implementation, testing, post-bug handling as well as modification that have been requested after its release.
Focusing on the development of tools that are necessary within the company and/or tools that would be useful to have is how we plan to continue having our new employees practice after joining our company.

| Job description | Systems engineer ・Successful candidates will be involved in the in-house development of web systems or smartphone applications, including design, implementation, application and maintenance. Candidates will initially be asked to carry out tasks related to requirements definition in accordance with their level of experience, while offering plenty of room for career advancement. |
