The 4 permissions—member, group, all-chat viewing, and export—can be granted individually within the scope held by the grantor. Permission clamping prevents excessive permission grants while safely delegating only the permissions the field needs.

Security & Permission Control

🛡️ Separated Authentication Guards

System administrators and company administrators are separated by independent authentication guards. Access scope is strictly divided by role.

🔑 Fine-Grained Permission Control

Adopts super/regular administrators plus 4 permissions. Permission grants are clamped to the scope of the grantor’s own permissions, preventing over-granting.

🆔 IDOR Protection (ULID)

Uses unguessable 26-character ULIDs in URLs and APIs. By not exposing sequential IDs, it prevents unauthorized guess-based access.

🚧 Cross-Tenant Access Verification

Verifies company affiliation for member/group/chat/file operations. Access to other companies’ data is blocked with 403/404.

⏱️ Login Attempt Limits

5 failures per email + IP triggers a 30-minute lock, and login history is recorded. This reduces the risk of unauthorized logins.

♻️ Soft Deletion and Restoration

Deleted data is retained for a set period, supporting restoration from accidental deletion. Your important data is safely protected.
